The subject matter of this agreement is exclusively the provision of mentorship and education as described in clause 2.1. Matthew Jackson Consultancy cannot guarantee that the knowledge, techniques, or guidance provided will result in any particular outcome. The Client acknowledges that their results depend on personal effort, practice, and factors outside of Matthew Jackson Consultancy's control.
2.4. Partial delivery of sessions is permissible where reasonable and agreed between the parties.
2.5. Matthew Jackson Consultancy reserves the right to reschedule sessions where necessary, including due to illness, technical issues, or force majeure. In such cases, a replacement appointment will be proposed as soon as reasonably possible.
