Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Matt Jackson Photography, including photography walks, coaching or photography calls, digital products, and educational resources. Please read this carefully before completing your purchase.

No Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable. This includes photography walks, coaching sessions, photography calls, digital products, courses, downloads, and educational resources. Once a purchase is completed, access to digital content is provided immediately and refunds will not be issued.

Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend a scheduled photography walk or call, I will always aim to offer a reschedule where possible, subject to availability. Rescheduling is offered at my discretion and is not guaranteed.

Cancellations by Me

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a photography walk or call due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a rescheduled date at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued.

Digital Products

All digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
